I love this one, the colors are great and the nostrils are handspun loveliness :)
Fluffy nostrils, that's what I like in my monkeys!



Both of my embroidered portraits are finished (woo hoo!). Gary is in his frame and looking simple yet handsome. Shannon is fighting her frame, I have a feeling she doesn't like to be still for very long. Talking about them like they're actual people has helped me not chunk them in the trash every time they didn't cooperate :)

I'll be updating the shop today and tomorrow with the last 5 monkeys I have made. The sweetie above too :)

Weekend

The Husband was home all weekend and I sewed, and I sewed, and I sewed.
I finally found myself a thimble that I like (and can operate!) so my finger is still attached.



Monkeys, only monkeys.

Here's a little sneak peek of my embroidered portrait :) Finished this two weeks ago and I think I'm happy with it, better than the first one for sure!
